Warner Bros. World is a sprawling, 1.65 million square foot theme park that brings to life some of the most beloved characters from Looney Tunes, the DC Universe, and Hanna-Barbera.
Ears Up played a pivotal role in crafting the audio landscape for Warner Bros. World, contributing to 9 rides and 7 themed realms. The team recreated iconic DC Universe sound effects from scratch, engineered over 40 voiceover sessions, and dedicated a team of 6 designers over 9 months to seamlessly mix and integrate soundtracks throughout the park

Highlights Include:
Dark Rides: For Batman: Knight Flight, Ears Up designed and integrated a complex, synchronized soundtrack with all media and show elements, including the cutting-edge kuka-arm-based ride system, showcasing both technical precision and creative expertise.
Media-Based Shows: Ears Up provided large-scale spatial sound design and mixing for experiences like Superman 360, which featured 12+ speakers arranged in a circle, and the Warner Bros. Cinematic Spectacular, a show in the massive entry plaza that employed a vast array of loudspeakers in an acoustically challenging environment.
Live Theatrical Shows: The team also designed, programmed, and mixed live theatrical shows like Meet Bugs, where they synchronized sound effects, music cues, and voiceovers, seamlessly blending animated costumes with live actors.
